I bought this for my sister’s dog—I’m not a pet owner myself, but I often dog-sit for her. During my last stay, we were hit with a brutal heat wave, and ever since then, the weather hasn’t let up. Poor Duke, her 75+ lb shepherd-mastiff mix, would overheat quickly on our walks, forcing us to cut our adventures short. Most travel bowls I found were clearly designed for small dogs and weren’t even close to meeting his needs. I knew if we were going to continue our adventure playdates, I needed something that was both durable and capable of holding a serious amount of water. These bowls absolutely delivered! They fold down easily, come with convenient carabiners for travel, and are made of thick, sturdy material that feels built to last. The large bowl holds plenty of water—Duke nearly polished off a full liter without the bowl collapsing or folding in on itself once. It dries fast, packs flat, and is super easy to toss in a backpack or hang from a leash loop. I haven’t used the smaller bowl yet, as the large one is perfect for water breaks. If you’ve got a bigger dog and love to stay active together, I can’t recommend this travel bowl enough. Duke gives it two paws up! 🐶💦

My pup is a Pomeranian who’s never really been into chew toys or fetch, but he absolutely loves anything involving treats. He’s used to the classic Kong, but he figured out how to get the food out way too quickly, so I wanted something that would keep him occupied longer. What I love about this treat ball is that I can adjust the size of the opening, which lets me control how challenging it is for him to get the kibble out. Right now, I have it set about halfway open, which means he has to really roll and work with it before a piece falls out — perfect for mental stimulation. I filled it with his entire dinner (around 1/4 cup of kibble), and there was still plenty of space inside. It kept him engaged for nearly 20 minutes, which is fantastic for a little dog with a short attention span! The plastic feels sturdy and seems to hold up well to daily use, as long as it’s not being aggressively thrown or chewed. My pup licked and lightly nibbled on the soft plastic openings a few times, and so far, there’s no sign of damage. I’d definitely recommend keeping an eye on it if you have a heavy chewer, just in case. But for small or gentle dogs, this toy is a great way to turn mealtime into a fun, interactive activity. I’m really happy to have found something that keeps my little guy entertained and mentally sharp!

Now it takes her just under 4 minutes to finish the same portion, which gives her time to chew, digest, and actually enjoy her food. The design does a great job of spacing out the kibble and encouraging her to work for it without frustrating her. For anyone curious about the size, the bowl easily holds 2 cups of food, and I’d say it could fit a little more if needed. It’s made of sturdy, easy-to-clean material, and it doesn’t slide around the floor, which is a bonus when you have an enthusiastic eater. Mealtime has become much more peaceful and healthier since we started using it. I highly recommend this bowl for any dog that tends to eat too fast — it’s such a simple switch that makes a big impact on their well-being.
